The new design makes it easier for my boss to catch me goofing off. Most of the websites I go to for my work have white background with black texts. :)

Anyway I think the new design looks more sophisticated. For ppl don't like it, give it a few more days and get used to it. And as others have suggested, try installing a new web browser if you need to.
