If that's the case, I expect some sites to tear into this. MP3 got its score dropped just for being a sequel. It didn't matter if it was better than what came before it, just the fact that it was familiar was just enough to get points docked.
The Gamespot review of this game is going to be funny. They hammered MP3 for everything that is mentioned in this thread.

Your looking at PSM, Im looking at PSM3.

You are looking at CVG man .

For some reason PSM3 is hosted by CVG. Check the site, dont just read the link.

I wont be suprised if gamespot gives halo 3 an 11/10 . They are very biased.

Sadly, I expect Gamespot to pull an "It only sucks if the Wii does it" and not take off for the fact that games like this and Halo 3 are very similar to their predecessors, despite that being the only justification they used for their 8.5 score on MP3.  Oh well.  This is the industry we live in right now.

I'm personally looking forward to Ratchet.  I liked the previous games a lot and I'm glad they haven't changed much.  Just like I'm glad MP3 didn't change much.

Time to put this to rest...

Stop looking at single reviews. They mean nothing! Absolutely nothing!!! It is driving me mad. By themselves, Gamespot, IGN, and all the rest, mean nothing! Only together, with the average percentage of all reviews, do they mean something. Resistance got better reviews than Sigma. It means nothing if one Sigma review was better than one Resistance review, because as a whole, Resistance scored more than Sigma. In fact, if you have played the game long enough, your review means more than other reviews, unless the other reviews are grouped as a whole, with one average percentage. As for Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, I wouldn't be surprised if it made it somewhere around the top 5! It's going to kick some major a$$!
