The PSP has, lately, been in quite a gaming drought, while the DS has managed to release quite a string of core critical hits, such as Order of Ecclesia and Chinatown Wars, as well as a plethora of Japanese related content that the PSP has yet to, and never will see. Yet, you claim that you have not only been dissatisfied, but UNHAPPY with the releases on the DS, while AT THE SAME TIME saying you are completely happy with your recent PSP purchases, despite the afformentioned draught.

Are you kidding here Zen? The PSP has had so many great games released so far, that I have neither the money or time to play them.

I can never find the thread I need when I want them.
About 5 months ago, a large thread cycled around here, from a PSP owner, claiming the console was indeed in the midst of a gaming draught, and virtually every PSP owner agreed with in. In fact, the gamespot NEW release screenshot for the PSP became sort of an iconic symbol of that thread(there were only about 20 officially announced new releases for the console, verses 160 for the DS), that followed it long after it had actually died.
That said, I can't search my posting history, so suffice it to say, I was basing those comments off the general concensus of virtually all of the big PSP fans on this forum, and that thread, not my own opinion.
Now, the PSP does have a great library, THUS FAR, but since the release of the GoW and CC games, the console has been lax in blockbuster releases, and has been dubbed by many here and in that other famous unmentionable gaming forum as a console in a "gaming draught."
I thought it was generally accepted enough for me to reference it, maybe it isn't. Let's just call it "my opinion" since we can't be bothered to fact check me.
