Everyone has a long history of racism. You can't tell me that if you brought a white woman home, your entire family would not mind.

Anyway, I am not proud of the things I had no control over. Just the things I do have control over.

Ok seriously though, anyone that's "proud" of whatever race they are should at least have a good heavy understanding of their background and at least wear some type of clothes/ornaments to show where they came from.

Seeing all that "brown pride" crap around here is stupid, especially when you see them in oversized clothes while listening to some reggaeton to try and look more mexican.

If you're proud of your race, show it, otherwise you look like you're talkin out of your ass.

I hate to say it but honestly thats how I feel about "brown pride" too.  I Used to be anti racist even know When I lived in certain parts of Ohio I got jumped for the color of my skin.  But since living where I do now I find myself having a lesser view of Mexicans or Latinos. It's not  a few people who affected me like this.  It's that 80%  of them (between the ages of 16-28) in my area try to be threatining and intimidating to everyone.  Every single day on the news it's almost always (not always) a latino who murdered someone or commited a crime.  The gangs are all latino related even know there are supposedly more whites in my area.   It's like they are all pitbulls with there chest  puffed out looking for fights.

Now this is not all latino people but thats the view around here and that is the main reason I'm moving to washington later this year.  I've been jumped by mexicans twice since living where I do for the stupidest of  reasons and I'm really beginning to to have negative feeligns towards all Latinos.

I know this post may cause a backlash but I'm just stating how it is where I live and how I feel about it.  Don't take it personal.

I used to live in Albuquerque, and I always thought it was funny when people who's ancestors came from spain hundreds of years ago would get upset when you said they were Mexican decent, and correct you.

The reason I found it funny is two fold. One is there is nothing wrong with being of Mexican decent, and second is, they were.

Albuquerque, for a time, was part of Mexico, so if you had family born in Albuquerque at that time, they were Mexican, and you are decedents of them.

Why that fact bothers people, I have no idea.

Im white and proud. It really makes no difference weather you are of European origin Asian african whatever. Each race is individualised i n different ways. Which makes us all different. Different races have different bone structures which allows us to flourish in certain sports. W

Im White and proud. It really doesnt matter what colour you are. Asian African or European origin we are all equals. We are different bone structure coour but we are ultimatly all the same. It just means if your Black you have the potentialto be a better runner and white you will be a good swimmer. I know im generalising but apparently its to do with bone structure.
