I feel maybe it was more of a marketing tool.

Everything that was easy is hard now.

There's a definite improvement, but its to many things that many of us don't use.

I think it's just that you're not used to the change, and you're being stubborn and not willing to adjust. I felt the same way with facebook, but now I don't even remember the old design.

Maybe thats how we'll feel eventually, but the site traffic has gone a notch up, so VGC 2.0 is a success so far

Yup, aren't you glad that there's going to be new members, who'll contribute to the site (not only through posting, but via the video game database)?

It has added loads of extra features as well as just the graphical update

I'll believe VGC 2.0 is getting us traffic when the high score of 10,912 is broken.

For now, it's just a nice, if buggy, upgrade.

I swear, more threads have been made in Website Discussion in the last two days than in the preceding two months.

I don't like this new design. Looks too much like Gamespot's depressing layout. It loses the community feel the old site had & feels impersonal. One thing I like from the new design is the mouse scroll over bar with the market territories which automatically change the numbers to each market.

Other than that, I am not feeling this new design. We should have the option to select the layout ourselves so those who like the new can stay with the new and those who like the old can stay with the old.

I'm glad you noticed, this guy has been a lose cannon for the past few days now, really drags down the community in the process. Anyway web site is nice, but it's buggy as hell; very slow, crashing some programs and applications, and on some parts of the my profile page it wont allow me to go back to the home page.
