yeah, I'm just waiting for a 3rd party to create a headset

I'm generally against the homebrew channel because people use it to break online game like The Conduit and also steal games but if someone made a way to use my PS3 headset through that, I would have to install it...

If I had a Wii, I'd be getting this.

Yeah, it was pretty fun. I haven't really played for the last week or so, so it took me a couple of games to get back into it, but once I did, it was pretty fun. I think I've seen 4 levels now. Still need to learn where things are in them though. I'm also thinking of changing melee to a button. Has anyone done that? Do you feel it would be beneficial since I can't seem to keep my pointing straight while doing it.

Melee on a button is way better.  I haven't played it a while either.  I got Battlefield 1943 and have been trying that out...  It is kinda hard to get back into the groove of using the Wii remote when you go back and forth with a gamepad but its still fun...

I switched melee to a button almost instantly, I use the forward thrust for a 180 turn.   I have the same BF1943 problem also, got both games on the same day.

I have been trying to think of what button to switch it with as i have the same prob and that seems perfect. i will have to try it out

Yup I'm with you there, but I'm sure Nyko, or someone is working on one, the opportunity for cash is too high, lol. Especially if games like this take off, lol.

But, I'm glad I didn't have Wiispeak last night, mu kids were drving me insane! Plus, i was a lil' peeved at my poor showing...ESPECIALLY the last game it was like I just bent off and grabbed my ankles...ugh.

@ Chrizum.

I agree with you for the most part. This game isnt as good as what people are saying. Its not as horrible though. Its just not all that exciting. There isnt much keeping me playing this game. COD WAW has pulled me back in for my FPS cravings. I play Conduit maybe a a quarter of the time I am playing my FPS games.

@ BOLD: You know I've been wondering this, if Modern Warfare is indeed a reality, it may cut TC off at the knees. Which is unfortunately cause I can imagine the extremist fanboys rants about Wii games not selling already...the thing is TC is a good game but you can see the budgetary faults, the fact that The Grinder, from reports, is looking to be a better game at this stage then TC, PLUS HVS stating they do have a "secret" fiancial backer now, lends me to believe this.

...Bottom line a COD, even gimped, still has better production value then TC, IMO.

True

I actually don't care one way or the other if MW2 comes to the Wii. It undoubtedly would hurt TCon's holiday sales and anybody with an HD console will usually pick those versions... HVS seems like they put more effort into TCon than IW or Treyarch would put into their Wii games given the difference in budgets/talent so I hope they can reap the financial benefits and put that money into more polished efforts in the future.

Sorry I missed last night, sounds like you guys had a lot of fun.

I agree CoDWaW is a better online FPS than Conduit in many ways but I prefer the high tech weapons and various modes of the Conduit. But a MW2 on Wii would really steal Conduit's thunder.
