| Mint said: The Good -unprecedented level of customization -level design is good -the reviewer got booted from the lobby a few times during online play, but overall the experience was smooth -weapon selection is good -level of detail inconsistent, but overall, some of the best texture work on Wii -sequel strongly hinted at through abrupt ending The Bad -doesn’t measure up to Halo; Half-Life -little innovation aside from controls

An abrupt cliffhanger ending is good??? Since when? lol

Hmm...I wonder why Nintendo Power would mention Halo and Half-Life when such games will never be on Nintendo systems and never have been. It just seems out of place to me. The other tabbed reasons are things that I have heard speculated before.
The levels surprisingly are good, when everyone else said they looked bland. The weapons beinggood is a relief, because you dont want a shooting game with boring guns. Weapons took Turok on the N64 from mediocre to BOSS.

The sequel part is good.
I dunno, mixed? :P

I can understand wanting a sequal, but when has anyone ever wanted an abrupt ending? I can name many popular games that were hated on for having abrupt endings. It takes away any satisfaction of actually beating a game when all you get is a "to be continued...buy our next game please! :)"
Well, I've already fixed it. :P

I hate it when reviewers compare a game to another game.. when one game is really different than the other, for example " We think killzone 2 is generic, and doesnt come close to the amazing experience that is Gears of war" , first off one is a 3rd person shooter, the other is a first person shooter.
Why am I bragging you ask? Well its because the nintendo reviewer states "This game doesnt measure up to halo or half life", I ask why does it matter? Since when did you have to compare every game to half life and halo? The review revolves around the conduit not those two games, the conduit is a different fps experience than half life and halo as well

+1 me! :P
I'm actually happy with this review though. I was scared that it would be mediocre....although it's not over yet.
Okay, after reading the review it seems to be right where I was expecting it to be. An okay single player with a pretty good multiplayer. Good thing I got it on preorder! :D
The BuShA owns all!
