I owned an original Gameboy, a Genesis (Mega Drive), a N64, a Playstation, a Dreamcast, a Xbox and now I am a happy Xbox360 owner.

There are people who never liked the PS2 that owned the xbox or gamecube or both.
There are also people who had a PS2 but didn't play it often taht didn't develop any loyalty.
Microsoft swept up a lot of PS2 gamers because it was out earlier and developed some brand loyalty.
Nintendo swept up others who wanted more family friendly games.
Nintendo Wii was huge.
Sony released with VERY few games and the catalog wasn't really good for some time IMO.

I mean there's a lot of things that factor into the hate. Most of the ones on this site just seem to like to troll to get a rise out of the PS3 fanboys.

Also, I hate Sony fanboys. I used to consider myself as one but looking at the behavior of some of them makes the rest of the fanboys look bad. x.o

I don't understand how you can understand where xbox and nintendo haters come from, but not sony haters. Just because a lot of people bought the ps2 last gen doesn't mean that everybody was automatically satisfied with that purchase.

If you know where the other haters come from, then you know where the ps3 haters come from, you can't seperate them.
