2009 fiscal year is the one for SONY. Cannot wait till Trico and all the other killers to come!

An expected sequel is not very exciting. And E3 is all about getting people excited.

I'm liking how Ico looks.  I can't wait for Twisted Meatal too.  Hope Sony shows that at E3.

I feel comfortable as a gamer knowing that not only are good games coming out now, but that there are also plenty of potentially good/great games on the back burner just waiting to release as well.

You expected WSR and Wii Motion +, to be released in 2009? I bow before your prescience.

surprised the guy didnt get ban for repeatedly talking nonesence! kz2 in a 5 year beta? home isnt even a game, its a social networking application which will probably never stop growing and changing and most importantly, after a year head start, the 360 still cant keep up with exclusive ps3 titles.

this year alone we have had kz2, infamous shortly, demon soul, rag doll kung fu, flower, yakuza3 and wkc. we are still to receive fat princess, gt5, heavy rain, mag, gow3 and probably some unannounced stuff.

so far all 360 has had is gta4 dlc, so4, halo wars. what it might get is huxley, halo odst, perfect dark sequel.

im not saying 1 is better than the other, but i am saying the ps3 has been catching up rapidly on the games library whilst xbots have been acting blind, deaf and dumb!

your argument may hold some ground if sony spoke a lot and didnt release anything, but you would be wrong again. last year they released socom, mgs4, lbp, resistance 2, africa, vc, motorstorm2, gt5p (its a prologue not a demo, haze, time crisis 4, singstar, buzz, nba08, mlb the show08 and home which had bowling, pool, chess and checkers as mini games not to forget the psn games.

that is delivering games beyond a doubt and no one but an individual who is biased would disagree.

its usually limited to one or two titles per comapny NOT THIER ENTIRE LINEUP OF GAMES!!

Considering all they have coming this year is Heavy Rain and Uncharted 2 (any games of note) of course they will. GT5 and GoW 3 look likely for a 2010 release .. so they will of course show them off.

FFXIII- multiplat. Go figure.

Tekken 6- multiplat. Go figure.

Red Dead Revolver 2- I honestly haven't heard about this one. Apparently it has a fall '09 release date. And hey; it's multiplat. Go figure.

MAG- Set for Q3 of this year. Not bad; just over a year since it was announced.

GOW 3- I think everyone expects this to release March of 2010.

DC Universe Online- Release date of TBA 2010. Who knows?

Fat Princess- The release date is set for sometime in the summer. That isn't very far away at all.

Now, how many games that have been announced at E3 since 2005 have been released?

GTA4, Warhawk, Motorstorm, MGS4, GT5P, The Force Unleashed, Heavenly Sword, Killzone 2, R&CF: ToD, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, R&CF: Q4B, Resistance 2, etc, etc. Yeah, there's a lot. Don't worry about how Sony will hype future games with "so many on the back burner."
