For me, it spans the SNES and N64 eras. Both of those consoles had amazing games, and Pokemon came out for the Gameboy too.

I think that games are much more polished now than they ever were but... The deepest games I've played, and the era I enjoyed the most was probably the PSone era because back then I was a huge fan of JRPGs and because I played some of my favourites games ever on the PC around the same period (Deus Ex, Baldur's gate 2...) Well, I'm not sure it was exactly the same period, but in my memories, it is !



mine is when ever a new iteration of phantasy star online is released.
