I don't trust the government or politicians but my gut says Pelosi.

I'm not going to make judgements until further investigation is done, but if it is found she did know about it, then yes, absolutely she should lose her spot. Anybody who was willing to disobey the Geneva conventions should be prosecuted in international court. We would demand it of any other country engaging in war crimes, why should the U.S. be held to a different standard?

@The_vagabond. Is it illegal to ignore war crimes that are occuring or only to commit them? Pelosi may have know about the waterboardings but is there any accusation that she was involved in them occuring?

Beats me, I'm not a lawyer. But If knowingly and quietly allowing war crimes be committed by your peers isn't illegal, then at the very least it is so abbhorent that they should lose their positions of authority and power in the U.S.

I'm all for seeing Pelosi grabbed by the scruff of her neck and thrown down the Capitol steps but I don't see it happening. If she is caught in a lie, she'll probably look bad and at worst, step down. Chances are it will blow over and few will take notice of it.
