Is it illegal to ignore war crimes that are occuring or only to commit them? Pelosi may have know about the waterboardings but is there any accusation that she was involved in them occuring? |
Beats me, I'm not a lawyer. But If knowingly and quietly allowing war crimes be committed by your peers isn't illegal, then at the very least it is so abbhorent that they should lose their positions of authority and power in the U.S.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.
