The Xbox 360 box:

It doesn't fit
The Wii box:
A neutral color for ~everybody~
It might also be some older ones like: PS1, DC, N64, etc.
PS2 cases:
-They don't crack and chip like PS1/Dreamcast cases.
-They don't stain like Wii cases.
-They aren't awkwardly small like PS3 cases.
-They aren't green like Xbox/360 cases. (lose/break a green case, and you're S.O.L. At least you can use a standard DVD case with PS3 games)
-They aren't cardboard like Nes/Super Nes cases.
-They aren't 30 times bigger than the game like DS cases.

What about Gamecube cases 
PS3 cases.... I like the size and the translucent look. Next may be the DS. Then the PS2
PSP cases are cool but seem a little to small in the width department to feel cool to me.
Everything else is meh...
