Well i don't blame him, i mean, nobody has answered me about Mistwalker being a first of second party studio of MS >_> so in the case it is (which i'm doubting it after seeing the comments) it would be a non nice payback unless MS authorized them.

To me this is only good news if Nintendo actually brings the game to the west. Haven't they been sitting on A.S.H. for 2 years now? That was also Mistwalker developed.

3d party I believe.  Ms had a contract where Sakaguchi promised to make two exclusive games for the Xbox 360 if MS funds him. After those two games he could do what he want even make a PS3 game.

Mistwalker is third party or second party..
Whichever party is contracted to do exclusive games for that system.
Mistwalker also makes DS games, like ash and blue dragon portable.

Maybe they just like playing Wii...

Anyway, Mistwalker don't actually code the games, they just design the games, but LO and BD are owned by M$. BD has had DS games, but as they are not competing with an M$ handheld, there is no problem

I've kinda suspected that a Mistwalker + Nintendo partnership could happen, they seem to be moving away from Microsoft. Their last 360 project I believe was canned/gone into limbo. 

A game like Blue Dragon would sell more on the Wii.

Um, are you sure that's a Wii dev kit? It's the right shade of green, I'll give you that much, but I've got to say, I don't think it looks all that much like a Wii. Where's the disc slot?

Don't get too excited, ninty propably just sent a devkit to them and they use it to play pirated games. :O
