Hard to say, but it's also hard to say which 10 games are my favorites over others since my tastes change by the mood I'm in. If I had to pick from this gen the games that could make it in my top 10 would be Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Left 4 Dead, and Little Big Planet.

Planescape Torment
Diablo 2
Heroes of Might & Magic 3
Starcraft
Red Alert
Counterstrike
Worms
Soul Calibur
Valkyria Chronicles
Street Fighter 4

A lot of my favourite games came from the golden age of PC gaming, a couple of oddity snuck in like Soul Calibur (god how much money did I spend on that in the arcade!) and SF4 + Valkyria Chronicles. (The only other older console that make a presence besides the PC is the dreamcast!)

I doubt it will change much, every single one of my top 7 is still played regularly despite being more than a decade old in some cases.

Some games are truly timeless.

If you are really interested, I have my favorite games from each platform listed in my profile. I list around 5 per platform, so there are almost 30 games in the list. I don't want to even try to make it into a Top 10.

If I did have a Top 10, I would guess that only 2 or 3 current generation games would make it in.
