From a developer interview:
Is the title still coming to Xbox 360 and if so, does it still involve cross-platform play?
I can't really say anything about that at this time. That's really up to Webzen.
So, more appropriately, do you folks have a publishing deal with Webzen for the Xbox 360 version?
We don't. We're only publishing the PC version.

Not a complete denial, of course, but it's sounding like the 360 version of the game's been scrapped.
EDIT: Apparently people don't fully understand what this means, so in a preemptive strike against being called a troll again:
This is an interview with the developer, not the publisher.
As you can read from what I posted, the developers are only working on a PC version, as they have no publishing deal for a 360 version of the game.
ie. They have no publisher for a 360 version, and so are not working on one.
ie. Huxley is no longer coming to the 360.
Of course, this is entirely liable to change. Webzen (the publisher) may strike a deal with the developer at a later date for a console version, or perhaps may even have a different developer working on a 360 version (though why they would do this, I have no idea), but for now, it’s looking like the 360 version has been canned.
