No, Wii is.
And PSP had Crisis Core and GoW to carry it last part of the early year - Sony probably thought Resistance would carry a bit of that weight but it clearly failed.

Well Mario Kart Wii came out last year which caused that spike, while this year there wasn't anything big in April

Last year GTA and Mario Kart came out in April. This year nothing of substance came out at all for any of the home consoles.

Wii price cut this year, PS3 Slim, 360 Slim, book it.
There just has not been any major releases for the Wii.
