Forums - Nintendo - Wii in High Definition(It's not what you think)

No, this thread is not about some Wii upscaler to display games in HD. This thread is totally about game trailers for upcoming Wii games and their severe lack of a "watch in HD" button (looking at you GameTrailers! and YouTube).

So here I am, creating yet another thread about Wii HD or whatever you want to call it. You want to see upcoming Wii game trailers (like Sin and Punishment 2 and No More Heroes 2) in HD? Well, look no further, here is Snesboy to save the day.

Wii Exclusive Titles in HD

Cheers,

Snesboy

P.S. This thread will be bumped when more videos are uploaded.

EDIT 4 JULY 2009: Videos sorted by Date Added Happy pie!

Wii/Mario Kart Wii Code:2793-0686-5434

?
What's the point.

The trailers don't look any better in HD (I just watched the NMH one)

A ok cool.

And I just warched The Conduit one again (watched in normal then HD... both stretched to fit the screen) the HD one is worse.

Most people don't notice that. I have the converted files on my computer and they look like ass in full screen. The quality is actually much nice on YouTube.

All of this though is to jump start my rebirth of my old club on 1UP.com: http://www.1up.com/do/club?Dispatch=Display&clubid=69638

It used to be called 1UP Wii but since everyone seems to love HD, I just called it that to get more members and make the place as active as it was in 2005.

Bumped.

Monster Hunter 3 tri~ Japanese Trailer 3 added.

Thanks for that but the problem with these videos isn't the resolution, it's the fact that they are compressed to shit and when you bump up the resolution it just serves to highlight the crappyness of the of the compression even more. (some of them are worse than others)

Cursed Mountain has me very interested though. It definitely has potential.

the youtube videos are done wrong, that's why they look bad in HD.
