You said Mass Effect! Now that is a game that is driving me crazy for the sequel! MGS4 was one of the greater games, but people really aren't missing out. MGS1 and 3 are still the better MGS games. If they want a good cinematic flick, then hell yes, MGS4 is badass.

 

 Best post in the thread.  Avoid the even-numbers MGS games at all cost.

I have all three systems.  I didn't buy MGS4 on the PS3, it would take a LOT for me to buy it on the 360.

Additionally, I just want everyone to know that I will NOT be buying Halo 2 on the PSN.

But the Blu-ray reference was to MGS1 not 360 O.o

There was a reason for me typing the MGS thingy, but I stopped mid sentence to do something else and forgot what I wanted to say now I can't remember...

Which I guess leads to the question of why did I press enter, which I will gloss over by saying-

Personally, I don't think MGS4 is as good as the others in the series, a little too over-hyped IMO.

MGS4 is a good game, I would buy it for my 360 if I didn't already have the ps3 version. Most of your points are "console war" points, which doesn't have any bearing on how fun the game will be.

People need to realize that games can be good, even if their system hasn't sold the most copies of it.

if mgs4 port is announced for 360 as a big announcment at E3 i will laugh, most people who are fans of mgs will likely have already played the game.

year old ports are good especially if they are like ninja gaiden sigma 2 ps3, ninja gaiden 2 360 seems like a beta test in comparison.
