Nintendo or Microsoft, depending on your definition. If you look at it strictly within the gaming industry, it's Nintendo (and strictly within the industry, Microsoft is probably one of the most beloved). No-one quite gets criticism for everything they do from some quarter or other like Nintendo. Living proof that you can't please everyone. Im going to go with MS, with Ninty in a close 2nd. Between HW failures, overpriced accesories and "stealing" PS games. I think they get the most shit.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Each company gets a good deal of criticism but i'm guessing the Wii and PS3 are tied right now for various reasons. The 360 owned the market for criticism when RRoD was still a big issue- now that it's becoming rarer MS is starting to become a more reputable gaming company. Wii is still the shovelware king though :p
