Nintendo or Microsoft, depending on your definition. If you look at it strictly within the gaming industry, it's Nintendo (and strictly within the industry, Microsoft is probably one of the most beloved). No-one quite gets criticism for everything they do from some quarter or other like Nintendo. Living proof that you can't please everyone.
