As far as I can see, Wii is gaining marketshare, just not as quickly as before. I don't think you've got a proper grasp of math, here.

No, I do not. I kinda wish I did, though. Why?

No, you got it all wrong. Wii had something like 49,x% according to this site at some time. In last few weeks it has went from 48,8% to 48,6%. I am pretty sure that is not gaining marketshare.

Oh well, I thought I saw you on some youtube video but I guess I was wrong. :D

You're not only wrong about me and the red coat, you're wrong about the other stuff too. Wii never lost marketshare. VGChartz numbers got adjusted. It's not that suddenly 300k Wii units that had gotten sold magically went unsold. Wii hasn't lost marketshare. It just hasn't gained it as quickly as VGChartz numbers anticipated.

Nah, it went from 48,8 to 48,6%.  I bet wii is being overtracked even now so I am hoping to see more cool adjustments. :)

It did go from 48,8 to 48,6, quite correct. But that was only because the VGChartz data was off, so your definition of "losing marketshare" is invalid - It can't lose something it never had.

Wow you're worst than CrazzzyMan or Leo-J in his bad days... You really really want to believe Wii is going down. But reality is that this site didnt gave us good numbers so they made adjustments which means Wii still gained marketshare but at a lower pace.

Also why did you have to combine X360 and PS3 to compare it to the Wii? I thought Sony and Microsoft were two separate company...

HD Twins, probably.

What's interesting is that the Wii has finally met demand in the US--it's in supply everywhere now, along with wii fit. Last year at these times, it would have sold a lot more if the supply was there, but it wasn't.  So in some ways, its demand may be down slightly even here in the US.  Definitely not enough to be conclusive or note worthy though--and the main reason is prolly due to the lack of game releases.

Now what are you saying? One day I saw wii at 48,8% and now it is at 48,6%! 48,6% is clearly less than 48,8! :O I don't really follow you, I was speaking of my 2 favourite consoles which gained marketshare. That happens when your least favourite console loses marketshare! Omg!

No marketshare has changed. The numbers of consoles haven't been changed. What changed was the estimates in the VGChartz sales database. They're really good, but not perfect, and the sales team always corrects for errors as soon as possible and keeps them up to date as best they can.

It's like if you got a pregnancy test that said you were pregnant, and then another that said you weren't pregnant, and then you went running around going "Whoa, I was only pregnant for 5 minutes! What happened?!?!?"

Dude, take a chill pill! I am just going by the numbers on this site. They went down so it is pretty clear that wii lost marketshare.  Do you know where I can find better numbers?

If you don't then I'm still going with the numbers on this site. 48,8% > 48,6%. Thxbye.
