oh my god I can't listent to 8 year olds curse at each other cause I need to taunt other players, VIDEO GAMES ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYED THE ARE SIMPLY A VEHICLE FOR PEOPLE TO CURSE AT EACH OTHER

serious just play the game against some one over the internet, can't people play and enjoy games not need unnessicary bells and whistle that don't add anything to the core expierence

 While I agree with that sentiment, I don't think it's wise to try to spin the lack of a feature as though it were a feature.

I don't like to talk in video games, and I do hate the people who just say random crap, but I have to admit, it is quite humorous to hear someone cuss at you when they lose.

Take into note that Nintendo still has no experience at this... its not like they could throw in a Xbox Live level service out from nowhere.

I'm sure headset support will be added later, it's no big deal. For me is good as it is, I could live without it.

Well I've been making heavy use of the voice comm feature in Team Fortress 2 all day, and I think it's pretty spiffy.  As for 8-year-olds cursing at you?  God created the "mute" button in His infinite wisdom, you know.

 What about the DS headset. They already have the feature up and running. They just havn't rolled it out yet. However, with the games like Medal of Honor heroes 2 and Battalion Wars 2 coming out, it should be ready.

 While I agree with some of the others sentiments about listening to a 12 year swear at you, it still doesn't mean that the feature shouldn't be available for you to play. After all, all nintendo needs to do is make it based on your 'friend list'. Basically, you can only talk with your friends and then it wouldn't matter. Assuming your 12 year old friends won't swear like the little bastards they are.
