What about the DS headset. They already have the feature up and running. They just havn't rolled it out yet. However, with the games like Medal of Honor heroes 2 and Battalion Wars 2 coming out, it should be ready.
While I agree with some of the others sentiments about listening to a 12 year swear at you, it still doesn't mean that the feature shouldn't be available for you to play. After all, all nintendo needs to do is make it based on your 'friend list'. Basically, you can only talk with your friends and then it wouldn't matter. Assuming your 12 year old friends won't swear like the little bastards they are.
