Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this exactly the wrong approach for Japan? I thought boasting and attacking the opposition directly (US style) was a big no-no?
Didn't Apple have to change their 'I'm a Mac' add in the region when they realized that directly attacking PC was doing more harm for their image and sales than good?

MS should lie more about the RROD issues being resolved, if they do that I bet they would get more sales in Japan.

Exactly. MS is trying really hard to make a bigger dent in japan, so I'm suprised they haven't gone for the jugular already. FF13 exclusive would help them out so much more though

Sony and M$ have been going at it tooth and nail since before their consoles came out this gen. To claim Sony is getting shit on by M$ in their adds is a laugh. M$ is doing nothing that Sony hasn't done and vice versa.

do u have any source.? its a news for me.. so just want to verify.. but if it is so, then MS is definitely hitting on their feet.
The double standard accusations from PS3 fanboys and fan sites is getting old. I mean we've heard near endless news stories about the RROD, constant bashing of practically every Microsoft product and Microsoft itself (just look in the PC forum) and yet we're suppose to believe that everyone is going easy on Microsoft.
The website that posted this nonsense should take a good hard look at themselves, I mean the next story down from this one is them putting down both Microsoft and Nintendo's consoles and calling the PS3 the most innovative product. Please everyone don't help spread their ridiculous crap.
