I believe COD4 sold more on PC, but ofcourse some people prefer to just compare the PS3 and X360 versions for some weird reason.

I'm sure most people played the PC version. But did it sell the most? I would assume no.

There is no hard data, but the fact that COD4 is STILL full-priced on PC, and still shows up at Steam's top10 sellers shows the enormous legs it has.

Well on a site dedicated to tracking console sales, it is the hard numbers that matter, which is why the sales of CoD 4 on PS360 are more relevant because we know what they are

It still full price on both the PS3 and 360 in Europe.

Not sure about NA.

I believe it's $49.99 on PS3/360 now.

JRPG don't sell well on PS3 because, there are only a handful in comparison to the much bigger 360 libarary...

PS3 = Eternal Sonata and Disgea (or however you spell that)

Xbox 360 = SO4, Eternal Sonata, The Last Remnant, That other Tri-Ace game, Tales of Vesperia...

not really a fair comparison...let's wait until at least Cross Edge comes out later this month or better yet lets give it a few more JRPGs before someone draws a definitive argument that the 360 is outselling JRPGs

Final Fantasy XIII might make a difference too being that it's still a partial exclusive which means Jap sales will increase its edge on the PS3 if ever so slightly.

If a game is good enough it will sell in any market.

Yes but USA is the biggest market when it comes to shooters. And 360 has superior online so people who own both consoles will probably buy 360 version coz of online.

I just notice after reading this thread.

I'll remember that argument for every time a JRPG sells well on PS3 and all the times PS3 fans slate the sales on 360.

Fine with me. My enjoyment of my game doesnt come from its sales
