@One_touch_KO
Are you really as arrogant as you sound in every single post you make? Chill man. How about TALKING to people? Just some friendly (?) advice:)

Edit: Whoops. A bit harsh and I apologize.

This is a laughable thread, if you honestly think that Sony or Microsoft will introduce a motion sensing controller as their primary controller next gen, you are delusional. They may make one, technically Sony already has one, but it will be a secondary peripheral controller like the Guitar Hero guitar controller or the buzzers for Buzz Quiz TV.

I was one of them that voted "I dont care, I hate the Wii". In my opinion, the Wii sucks and the game library is pure crap.

But I doubt I'll get out of gaming anytime soon. Sony or Microsoft will always be there to offer me a good console, with games I love, using a normal controller.

The non-sucky update to it will be with the "PS4", simply because Nintendo has shown their's a 50m demographic out there with spare cash for motion-sensing casual games. And no sane company would ignore that.

I don't care for the Wii because:

  • The motion-sensor technology is poor (Motion+ should have been implemented from the start).

  • Bad specs, really bad (memory storage/graphic/audio). Gamecube, hello?

  • Game library is not for adults (and I don't mean blood and gore... I mean mature psychological content, like in Mass Effect.

  • The price is wrong. Wii should be at 149$ with a nunchuck.

  • No HD? No love from my Home Theater setup. 480p? my god...

You see, I don't care for Wii AND I'll buy next-gen consoles.
Your logic is failed.

Maybe some are upset rather at the games rather than the waggle.

Wii has good games.  That argument is pre-historic already. 50 million people agree with me ;)

They're just pissed of because its not they're console to have something new and fresh. That's the only reason.

Know why The Conduit pisses them so bad also? Because it has better graphics than some launch games on 360. And they thought the Wii couldn't pull out that :P

But let's keep the secret between us. I'm loving the whinning.

I know the Wii has good games, but just comparably to the PS3 and 360. The Wii doesn't have the amount of titles that appeal to that group.

And no, just no. Perfect Dark Zero looks terrible and still looks better than The Conduit.

Have fun: http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=45902

People pointed maybe 15 PS360 games in that thread that look worse than The Conduit.

Go tell them all they're wrong.

They are all wrong lol. The artstyle might be better, but the graphics are not.

Check out my game about moles ^

You're reasoning is faulty. Wii simply has no worthy software being compiled.

You're post is faulty. It does have worthy software. Altough, you might not like it.

Just because you don't like don't say it is not worthy, 99% of the 360 library is pure shit to me. TO. ME.

got it? =)

Maybe you should try to get it. 100% of wii library is just trash to ME. I am willing to guess I am not the only one. Do you think that every game that will be released next gen on other consoles is wii-like trash(IMO)? There are people who want to play other games and you can be pretty sure that there will be games made for them.

Onyxmeth summed it up pretty nicely:

This is a really pretentious thread though. Could it be that the Wii is the most popular console while someone doesn't like the games on it? People are allowed to have an opinion.

Daily PS3 fanboy rant...check. Daily Wii fanboy rant.....check. Now let me go find the 360 one, i'm sure it won't take long.

edit: People saying stuff like "99% of the 360 library", or "100% of the Wii library" is crap are speaking purely as fans of Nintendo and Microsoft respectively, not as gamers. If you can honestly say that not one Wii game and only one 360 game out of a hundred is worth playing for you then YOU aren't a gamer and have no credibility whatsoever when it comes to games.

Will I'll be part of the nice %70.93 that will continue to support gaming :D.

@ the OP

You're missing one important detail: those people hate THE WII. When Sony and Microsoft release their wiimote rip-offs, they'll embrace them and keep telling everyone "how much better the wiimote they are", even if it's the same damn thing.

I agree with this. Never underestimate the power of fanboyism!

But certain percentage of people just won't upgrade to the next generation of gaming. You know, getting a life, having less time and some other stuff to spend money on, like a family.

I think Nintendo understood this. I can tell that the Wii was their answer to the question... "how do we stick around to a gamer's life for the most time possible?". Sony and Microsoft are still machines for single people. The Nintendo Wii is a system mostly for the kids but also to a great extent for the whole family. So in my opinion, the Wii is the more Mature system, while the other two still need to grow up.

Can you indulge me if I use anecdotical evidence for a second? I consider myself a traditional (hardcore?) gamer. I have played space invaders, Resident Evil Nemesis, Starcraft, Zelda Games, Gran Turismo games, Final Fantasy games, you know, games like those. But know I have a kid and of course I have played Super Mario Galaxy with him. We loved him. I am married and my wife and I enjoy playing Excite Truck or Guitar Hero. My son's grandfather (My dad and other nongamers relatives) they had come over to our place to play WiiSports with us. We have had a blast! Games like Zelda TP, Resident Evil 4, Radiant Dawn I leave them only to me. But I just don't see the whole picture I just described happening with the 360 or the Ps3. And don't get me wrong, if I have the money I may buy me those other two systems, but mostly for me only...

What is the deal with the Wii remote? Thanks to it, gaming can be including. Everyone is welcome now. (Last gen my parents could not play, they couldn't even hold the controllers, so they were excluded. Some people love this, I don't). This gives a lot of value to the Wii because more people can enjoy it.

And that is the strategy Microsoft and Sony should rip off, not the controller. If they continue to catter mainly the single gamers (like the gamecube used to) the are going to suffer the same fate.

lollolollol. i don't care as long as the xbox lives
