She might claim to have honest opinion, but when she mentions motorstorm and ignores Forza 2/project gotham racing 3/4 and mentions TRIPLE A games like Heavenly Sword (!!!) but fails to mention one of the game of the year candidate Mass effect, it's really fanboy (fangirl?) to the max!

She also mentions that L4D is outdated news, but hello? Is anyone talking about Motorstorm or resistance? LBP doesn't appear much in our forum nowadays.

Phooey I say to that..Left 4 Dead did so good it's being Rereleased.....biased people suck

Left 4 Dead 2.13mil

Ressistance 3.59mil

Heavenly Sword 1.36mil

Uncharted 2.33mil

what's your point???

Regarding that L4D was out dated news...but look how good it sold..Then I compared it to PS3 exclusives

Crackdown is most certainly better than heavenly sword, as is mass effect

A lot of things are better than Heavenly Sword.  The only thing that impressed me about that game were the graphics and the lip synching.  Everything else about it was average.

Keep this in mind when reading what I type...

I've been gaming longer than many of you have been alive.

crackdown was one of the unexpected glowing warm places in fun this generation, that i would love to see go multiplat so all could enjoy it, just like dead rising should. those games rocked so much.

Up until a few minutes ago, I knew nothing about Crackdown except that I knew it came with the Halo 3 beta key when it came out.  I just watched a video review of it and it looks fun.  Not AAA fun, but definitely fun.  It looks like anybody who enjoyed Crackdown will also enjoy Prototype and Infamous.

LOL @ OP.

If you really believe it's because of the lack of exclusives on the 360 ou are majorly mistaken.

Take a look at the top 10 selling 360 games. ( I'll let you do the research, I cant be arsed. )

Gears sells brilliantly.

Mass Effect is probably one of the best selling WRPG's ever. Lost Odyssey best selling next gen JRPG after 3 and half years of this gen. etc etc. Face it, to many people Halo is perfect. There are always haters (like with Star Wars or the Matrix) but you can not deny success. People dont spen £80 british pounds on the Legendary Edition for no reason. I was one of them.

I was sceptical about the game until the demo, the demo showed it for what it was,  ..... it was everything you wanted a superhero game to be without the special powers..... I remember the first time I killed a gang member with one of his friends .... or the time i picked up a car with bad guys in it and thew it into the ocean..... also the boss I kept running over in the car till his ass died ......

it had its problems, not being able to tell what you could hang form and what you couldnt extra ... but it was a fantastic surprise that ended up with me not even playing the halo 3 beta on it... I forgot about the beta cause the game was so good.....

next one needs 4 player co-op    the 2 player was good but laggy always ... and i do mean always .....

This post doesnt really make sense, it quotes heavenly sword and little big planet as succesful exclusives when several 360 exclusives such as Mass Effect, Crackdown are superior in both sales and in critical reception (yet aren't mentioned!)

The best US game magazine, Play Magazine, gave Heavenly Sword a 10, Mass Effect an 8.7 and the Crackdown a 9.5.

And yet the average score for Heavenly Sword is 7.9, Crackdown a 8.3, and Mass Effect a 9.1.  Funny how that works out, huh?

Not really.  It is easily explained by the fact that Dave Halverson was publishing the best game magazine in the US in 1994 with Diehard Gamefan and he is publishing the best US game magazine now with Play Magazine while most of the reviewers that have reviewed these games probably were still in elementary school in 1994.

No offense dude, but wth does that have anything to due with my last post? Except talking about a some random game magazine.

Oh, I'm not talking about some random game magazine.  I'm talking about the opinion of the best US game magazine ever published Diehard Gamefan which today is known as Play Magazine.  There's a difference between "the best" and "some random".

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameFan

And, I'm going to take the opinions of people that I've been reading since 1994 over some guy that has probably just graduated from college.

No Gameinformer is the best US game magazine.
