wonder how sony will respond to this
Sony's response will involve some ludicrous PR line that can translate to an attention grabbing headline. Possibly a claim that Sony use the power of Cell to conduct their market research, therefore making it 400% more accurate than Nintendo's research.
Or...
They'll throw out the "Nintendo caters to kids" trash talk they tried with PSP/DS lately. My guess is they'd claim Nintendo is only in the living room for mums and kids, that this is somehow terrible and that 'true' gamers will use a PS3 for their gaming needs.
Good to see Nintendo responding to the crap their competitors throw at them, without stooping to the low level of inane babbling. If only MS and Sony would conduct their exchanges like this, we might actually have thoughtful executive PR to respond to.
Its good to see Nintendo puts Sony in their place in both the console market and in the news room.
Tease.

Do you see the ellipses (...)? That means part of the comment was taken out. |
Still only means that he repeated it... the ellipse at the beginning does not get repeated at the center of the comment...unless that was just forgotten..
At least that shows how small the percentage of gamers who have their Wii "in a box somewhere, collecting dust" actually is.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

i caught that too
That may be true, but how many Wii's are turned on on the regular would have been a better stat to throw out there. I say this because I have plenty of friends with Wii's, like he said, connected to their biggest tv and the Wii is rarely turned on. (most have the wii60, while a couple have all 3)
Let the console wars begin

it was a classy way to tell sony shut the **** up and mind your own business
