Is that the actual full comment? Because why does he have to repeat the entire comment twice, but backwards?

Do you see the ellipses (...)?  That means part of the comment was taken out.

Still only means that he repeated it... the ellipse at the beginning does not get repeated at the center of the comment...unless that was just forgotten..
