I think this might hurt the game a lot more than Ubisoft realize. Though, if the game looks solid, I'll probably get it anyway.

well like other franchise such as final fantasy and fire emblem games are linked by gameplay rather than storyline. for red steel the obvious focus is on combining sword and gun combat, which doesnt neccesarrily means it has to take place in japan

This is an unexpected boon for The Conduit. Doubly so if CoD:MW2 also doesn't come to Wii. Conduit could break 2m then with no competition.

However, I'll be very disappointed as my son and I play a lot of the split-screen RS multiplayer. And what could be more fun than slicing up someone you love?
