Wii will destroy PSP MH in sales, for more than one reason.

Well, there are a few factors to take into account because neither product is released.

One, bundles.

2. Ad-Hoc Party. If it's released, then you have free online play

3. Pay2Play. Will the Wii version be free to play online.

4. The game is better on a portable.

That's very brave assumption in beliving Wii owners chosen PSP as their portable console.

I would only buy it if they brought the infrastructure mode via the ps3 over to north america. I had bought an early monster hunter game on the psp thankfully for only $5 and found it to be essentially impossible to advance in the game without the aid of other players.

It's possible. With a lot of grind and practice.

Soriku speaks the truth, this one WILL sell much better thans to bundle, and MH3 will also sell much better if Nintendo bundle it with Wii...

But I never claimed that...this game will be bought by original MH fans who might buy a Wii for MH3 or who own both a Wii and PSP. And by Wii only owners as well who may not have played a MH before.

It should beat MHF. It *could* beat MHF2. MHU I doubt it (it's over 3 mil in just Japan...)

But with Ad-Hoc Party, you use the need for mutliple PSPs. It becomes a completely online game.

And you know P2P games (not services) don't do well on consoles. Look at FF11 or PSU.

And I was talking about quality of the game rather than the sales.

I don't think so...MHF2 managed to sell 610k on PSP in America + Others with only Internet ads and mags. This one is getting more push so I wonder how it will sell.

I wonder if it can hit 800k+ this time around. This would be a great stage to set for MH3 which should be more popular than the PSP ones in the West.

They should bring this to NA too...

I second this... who knows, maybe this will be the first MH game to actually reach 1 million outside Japan ;)
