There's only three years between XII and XIII...

That's no worse than any other big name sequel this gen (Gran Turismo 5, Halo 3, God of War 3, MGS4, Resident Evil 5, GTA4, pretty much every Nintendo franchise etc etc etc.)

It's interesting how FFXIII isn't even out by there's quite a bit of Lightning Hentai.

maybe it's the nature of SE, as a company mainly producing RPG
i think SE has been playing too much tactics/politics lately
one bad bet and then you become history

I rather have a game that's been delayed for several years but the game itself is a masterpiece than a game that's out before it's ready and heavily imcomplete.

 

however, the longer the wait the higher the expectation is though and usually a game can not live up to its expectatino if it's delayed for too long. The exception would be Duke Nukem Forever. I think the expectation is pretty low for that game now.

 



MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

As long as they dont sacrifice quality inorder to rush these games out im fine. But their latest titles havnt exactly been top notch. :( im still going to play them but ive heard very mixed reviews

Their latest titles or the last few Final Fantasy titles? 

Square Enix makes far more games than just Final Fantasy just in case you forget.
