I'd put a no for consumers as well when they're taking like 5 years for a single game.

I rather have a game that's been delayed for several years but the game itself is a masterpiece than a game that's out before it's ready and heavily imcomplete.

 

however, the longer the wait the higher the expectation is though and usually a game can not live up to its expectatino if it's delayed for too long. The exception would be Duke Nukem Forever. I think the expectation is pretty low for that game now.
