Sagat is not broken as some of the Boss characters in KOF. I've seen some good Sagats go down to some good Dans. Our best player in the US (Justin Wong) won the US tournament with Rufus, and no one in the internationalist finals used Sagat. They were using Ryu and Dhalism. So he's far from broken :P

KOF boss characters are broken :P
