Wow, that's nice. Pretty smart for Microsoft to encourage socialization between employees in such a large company, also smart by paying them, then getting money back by them buying stuff at their mall. I kind of wish it was open to the public.

Pretty awesome, but it's a pity it isn't open to the public. If I was an employee I'd love it.

 

If Nintendo made something like this, I'd work as an indentured servant just to be able to live there.
