I think it can do it if it can it will be the 1st time the ps3 achieves this feat, it will also get my prediction of PS3>Wii 10 times in Japan in 09 one more step closer to coming true 8 down 2 more to go and we still havent had a PS3 price cut. I promised myself i wouldnt do this this week but this is a little diffrent than the others 

If it does do it Ill throw a big PS3 3X the Wii in Japan party either way ill have a party just for the PS3 beating the Wii another week

Well if the ps3 does some where in the 50K and the wii does below 20k than that would be triple so 57k / 3 = 19 there is a chance it could happen goin by the vgc preview and wat the media create #s are for the ps3

Wii numbers this week were horrible, considering what it was doing last year.

It is possible. And one can hope can't they? Even if the PS3 only does 50k the Wii would still have to hit 16.6K to be at the 3:1 ratio in favor of the PS3. I think that it is completely possible and probably will happen.

I guess it is possible. I spouted off without actually looking at the numbers, which is something i don't normally do. Man, Nintendo needs to do something in Japan.
