The question is why is Namco Bandai reluctant to move it out of Japan? And why are people not calling N-B on it?

Nintendo got filleted over Disaster Day of Crisis not coming to NA and over Fatal Frame IV not leaving Japan (though on the latter, there seemed at the time at least more going on than what was seen on the surface).

The irony is that I had no interest in eitehr DDoC or F.F. IV. But I want Fragile.
