This site lists the 360 as outselling the PS3 in the Europe/Others region by just over 13000 last week, a lead that decreased slightly from the week before. More impressive however, is that fact that the 360 had higher sales than the PS3 in Italy and Spain, two markets that are extremely pro-sony and anti-xbox. This is the first time i can recall since the PS3 launch that the 360 won those two markets, especially two weeks in a row. Kudos

                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

I think the 360 has a phenomenal overseas deal. Something like, system, and 4 games for 249euros or something. Don't quote me though.

I think its a great effort. But even with the price drop, i didn't expect the 360 to beat the PS3 in Italy in Spain, especially not two weeks in a row.

I could never imagine that the 360 could beat the PS3 in Spain and Italy, since everyone knows that these two countries have a national hatred of Microsoft and the Xbox...

yep. It seems the price drop really helps in PAL areas. See Sony!

The 360 would be doing better or at least have a better installed base in Germany if Gears of War and Dead Rising had not been banned there.

Yeah especially since the core actually matches the Wii's price. Not sure why they didn't do the same here. I think in some places you can get a wii and 360 for the price of a ps3.

 More great news for 360.. it will continue throughout the year and for 2008 probably as well. PS3 is becoming completely irrelevant all over the world.
