^^^ Im not sure how there would be a foothold for a legal case, as Skype is already pre-existing. I might be tempted to drop my cell carrier tho if its any good. Imagine the DSi being the iPhone killer? Who would have seen THAT coming?

Not only that, but the camera could be used as a webcam. 
That's something that the PSP lacks.
