Forums - General - How many push ups can you do non stop?

Just tested myself. 35 but I am getting over a cold so i might be able to do more when healthy.

Off topic: I lost 6 pounds in the last month since my gym membership expired. Too broke to renew it. Muscle ways more than fat so how do I gain muscle mass without going to the gym?

Actually if you want to look more ripped, walk 45 mins to and hour each day. Eat 3 meals a day 4-4.5 hours apart from each other with NO snacks in between. Drink a gallon of water a day and mix fruits and vegetables with your meals. also keep in mind your stomach is only about the size of your fist so don't over eat. You should feel about 85% full after each meal instead of 100%. That will slim you down and then simple push upsad sit ups each day will get you cut and in decent shape

I don't know, I don't feel like doing them now. I could probably do 30 easily, and after that I don't even know. 50? Some of the numbers here seem so low.
