Actually if you want to look more ripped, walk 45 mins to and hour each day. Eat 3 meals a day 4-4.5 hours apart from each other with NO snacks in between. Drink a gallon of water a day and mix fruits and vegetables with your meals. also keep in mind your stomach is only about the size of your fist so don't over eat. You should feel about 85% full after each meal instead of 100%. That will slim you down and then simple push upsad sit ups each day will get you cut and in decent shape
