@ MikeB - really, with your devotion to the PS3, ask yourself why do you defend Sony so much?

heres one for you im an apple fan boy, and a 360 fan.   the 360 does not fallow a lot of trends ms puts out there and i have to admit gaming on a mac just has never been tops, so I work on macs play on MS products ........ also whats up with not putting a second nub on the psp you could have ruled the hand held market sony but sadly 3d fps dont transition well i hope the psp 2 has a second nub.

Well why they shouln't? PS3 owners defend PS3, Wii owners defend Wii, PC gamers defend PC and so on.
The point should be why they attack PS3 owners so much. Every single topic you can see one posting something like "Sony fanboys are", "Sony fanboys think", "Sony fanboys expect" like if "Sony fanboys" were a single entity acting wrong every single time. It's annoying.

I agree, I have no problems with statements like "the PS3 doesn't interest me" or "the PS3 is too expensive for me". But IMO the attacks on PS3 users and the amount of PS3 misinformation has been well over the top.

If not for reliability issues I think (and thought) the 360 is a fine game console, however reliability is something I think is crucial for a kid's targeted console like the 360, but of course the PS3 can't suit everyone's taste and I applaud competition (including by the Nintendo Wii). I do have issues with 360 fans attacking so many people in the past, like calling people names, including me for stating the PS3 hardware is more powerful or saying I thought the 360 was unreliable when my 360 RRoDed and after doing some research.

hmm I do notice 360 fans defend Microsoft more than other fans to their systems.

I do see people admit PS3 had a poor library of games but they do say PS3 has or will have a good library of games, still they do admit PS3 was weak on games and I see many people agree that Sony representatives should watch their statements.


I do see Wii fans admit they don't have many "hardcore" games but they do say their games are fun still and that hardcore games are building up.


Those are the basic problems with those consoles but this 360 problem looks way more severe because it's a hardware problem that renders the console useless. There was RROD problems, I still hear people talk about them but lets say they actually did get that fixed, but now there is a new problem called E74. These are problems that could mess with your hardware that could be solved, how can the richest company out of the three have hardware problems? Seems like little Nintendo should have these problems, not the Microsoft empire.
