Forums - Nintendo - should i buy it

i have been planning to get a wii for some time now. i was planning to get one this weekend but today my friend is offering to sell me his wii and some games. he is selling his wii with two wiimotes and nunchucks SSBB, Twilight Princess, SMG, RE4, Okami, NFS Carbon, Monkey Ball, and Metroid Prime 3. He also has some wiiware/ virtual console games on his wii. He set the price at $550. i already have zelda on my GC and RE4 for PS2. Loved MP1 but did not like 2 so much. what about galaxy? is it as good as mario64? and the other games idk too much about, although i have heard good things about okami.

so... is it worth it?

Yes. Go for it. Those are some awesome Wii game there and Mario Galaxy is especially awesome. And you could like RE4 with Wii controls...

Yes you should get it, it seems like a pretty good deal

500$ and then go

550? lol what wiiware and virtual console games does he have downloaded? but other than need for speed you are gettin some very good games. if you really want it go for it i say

Well, you could probably get all of that for $600 if you bought new, unless he spent a lot on WiiWare/VC. I'd follow sparkit's advice and try to bargain him down to $500. That's a pretty darn good selection of games, though. I think you'd even enjoy playing the definitive version of RE4 again.
