Yep, Its a watered down "kiddified" version. Yes i know they did it because the Wii is not as powerful as the other consoles, but you never saw this done last gen to the PS2 multiplatform games. This kind of crap really pisses me off. Developers will never take the Wii seriously, and why should that when garbage games sell like friggian hotcakes on the console?

Holy crap the Wii sucks.....maybe i should sell mine....Knowing my luck as soon as i did a new Zelda game would come out.

It has the same story and basic gameplay of the HD version but that's it.

Then it is the same game, only watered down.

No it isn't.

By the same basic gameplay I mean in both versions you're using your equipment (not weapons) to catch and wrangle ghosts in traps. They both follow the same story, but the design is completely different and how things are approached is different.

They are different games both made by different developers.

Lets see what twesterm thinks!

Wait... i just had a thought.

PS3/360/PS2 versions are watered down... where are the motion controls for them games eh?

As I understand it, the Wii has exclusive splitscreen co-op and competitive modes.

When will third party developers start giving the HD consoles their due attention instead of just upscaling the graphics?

I bet you thought Shaun White on Wii is worse than Shaun White on PS360 before it's released, right?

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

I like the way the Wii version looks better than the PS360 version honestly. I was neer a big one for photo-realistic graphics, and the art style for the Wii version really fits the goofy atmosphere of the Ghostbusters in general. Don't let that slow you down from the trolling though.

Look at all the Pixar animations that people of all ages love, great animations yes but not realistic.

Some forms of media don't need total realism and often in video games it causes the experience to feel more lifeless.

When I play a video game I want some sense of fantasy that draws me into the game and not to sit down, take the controls and look at exactly the same sights as I can see out of my window or walking down the street.

If a video game was made that looked and played exactly like reality think how boring it would be.
Although they already seem to have captuted pat of that in the ultra boring, one of the worst video games of all time, know as, 'The Sims'

Also, there are more fun pictures you can post for both versions instead of really old Wii version and another showing off Egon's awesome hair:

A fun pic I know one of the artists don't like because Stanz and Venkman are mid-blink but Venkman makes me laugh (and it's just a funny scene):
