Forums - Sales - PS3 COD:WAW sold as many as KZ2 in America in its 22nd week

And to the people that is saying KZ2 >> COD4, yeah keep dreaming, it even has luck, if it actually KZ2 >COD5, which i doubt.

 

 I think most people will disagree with you on the graphics.

The feel of this game is unique and needs some getting used to.

Maybe you just dig too deep into COD4 and WAW that you reject all FPSs that don't play out like COD.

perhaps but you gotta accept that COD 4 defined the standard of how FPSs should be

Thats the point I am trying to get at. Look at sales of Saints Row, Mass Effect, Bioshock. I can go on and on They all did amazing and guess what they are all new IP. KZ2 is a sequel so it should have gotten more sales. Also I know there was waay more ads and commercials for KZ2 than any other PS3 exclusive and more than titles like Saints Row. KZ2 flopped face the facts. PPl keep using the same COD bullshit. If so than why is there soo many good sellers in 360s library.

Hang on, I've just looked at the numbers, Killzone 2 sold 46k last week, WaW 27k.

Where the hell did you get the 17k values from?

 I got many friends who are also PS3 owners.

They just dismiss the thought of getting KZ2 without even knowing what it is.

KZ2 doesn't give them the feel that this is a big exclusive that PS3 owners can't miss,like Gears of War and COD do.

I just don't know what Sony should do to encourage their fans to buy their own games.

 we´ve reached a moot point here, as for you KZ2 is a better FPS, for me COD 4 is way better and none of our opinions are fact.

however as everything is opinion, we could make  a poll, and i assure you COD4 would win, but thats my opinion. (however gotta recognize that 360 fans would vote COD4 just to trash a ps3 exclusive), we would have to do the poll on a ps3 fansite
