hi im new to this site. what is the first thing i should do on this site and what is there to do?  for now, all i have is a ps3, since it is in last place i have a feeling i will probably get attacked for my opinions. is this one of those sights full of Xbots, little wii kids, or even "PS3 RULZ WII60 SUX!" type of people? well thanks for any comments. i hope i will enjoy it here.

To answer yours questions, in order

Yes, this site is very much worth it
The majority of VGChartz members own a PS3, so it is unlikely that you will suffer from a large amount of abuse for that
The fanboy levels of the members of VGChartz, for all consoles, are generally quite low compared to other forums. But there is still some of that.

Anyway, I also hope you enjoy the site

Creating a thread does not increase your post count

The mods are quicker to ban reported users then other sites, so extreme fanboyism will get you banned, and generally the lower your post count the less forgiving they are.

I would say nearly a third of the active members own (or are at least planning on owning at some point) more than one console.

Say anything bad about the wii = ban

Thats about all you need to know

Actually not a lot of the "little wii kids".  Most of the wii fanboys here are older and just find it funny how fans of the other consoles get upset at games like Wii Fit and Wii Music.
