Mabye in sales but in quality we will have to see, and GT5 isn't even in the same genre and it most likely will not get GOTY (although it has a chance)

If they fix the problems that plagued the first one those meaningless sidequests, make them affect the actual story and have more variety on the different worlds, OH and fix that stupid all terrain vehicle (god i hated that).. then i think it has the chance to be GOTY 2010 but there is alot of competition from Nin, Sony and PC for GOTY.

For me it will never be RPG of the year as i prefer JRPGs over WRPGs. None the less i cant wait for it to come out as i enjoyed the first one apart from those things noted above and now that its being released at the same time on PC and 360 ill be grabbing the PC version like i did with the first.

Mass Effect 1 was a masterpiece.
Gaming Nirvana.

2010 GOTY for me. Nothing can change that.
