is the wii speak hearing only in the vicinity a general wii speak thing or only for this game?

I am wondering about this as well.

How many maps are there for COD:waw? cant be more then 7...tho i would have expected more then 7 maps for the conduit...still..if the maps are well designed it really shouldnt be a problem.

Wiispeak is a meh to me. Honestly i rarely used the mic for Xbox...and most player just spammed the airwaves anyways. I would expect the close proxy to be for enemies not for team members. It would be nice if they had a private chat tho..like how xbox live has...so you and friends can chat only to each other..and any randoms wont hear and wont be able to talk..

I like the game types..looks very promising..tho i am also sad by only 12 players. I mean..its not like there wont be anyone to kill...but i dont understand the excuse anymore with not having 16 players.

I still think this game is going to rock.,,so i cant wait.

"Tell me why does it have to be so hard

to let go when it?s your final day

...When death is on it's way"

looks good in high quality.

to all the ppl complaining about how lame this game is, i must say COME ON, how much of a snotty little ba***rd u can be. i'm going to buy this game because high voltage is the one studio so passionate about this game. remeber how they listened to everything fans wanted. i can boldly say they tried everything, they fell a little short not because they r lazy but bcos they couldn't for other circumstances(wii, less power full hardware). if they did something like MOH2, 32 players then u ppl will be complaining that gfx is utter shit.

i salute them for the honesty they showed towards the game development, towards the fans.

one guy mentioned circular shadow, dude make a game show us u can do better, then come here and brag.

another said mediocre dev studio, buddy this mediocre studio showed us so much that ur so called elite studios didn't even bother to do.

i never bought a game day one, but this will be. i just love the way they showed their love towards my gaming console.

i urge u guys who are shitting on this game, give the credit where it's due. be smart.

I'm that guy. I mentioned it. And after that I explained why. And no... they didn't listen to fans, at least not to me (and I really lost my time sending them emails about it). But I couldn't care less about that. I really dislike the final result and I'm not going to say I do just to please their work. That said, I don't even question their dedication to the game. I really believed they tried hard and all that you refer. No, they are not lazy. However, the movements, environment, textures, art direction, is, in my opinion, bad. And it gets worst on multiplayer.

About me doing better, that's not my area of expertise, sorry. If it was, I would happily try. About this, hope you stop trolling here.

BTW, I'm purchasing this game... it still got value to that in my standards. However, I'm not blind enough to close my eyes to what I dislike.

(1st bold) but u'll agree that they listened to some other fans, dont u. i see one person is saying his idea of multiplayer is included

in the game. they cannot inclued everyones idea, can they?

(2nd bold) that's ur opinion, i cannot say anything about that. ur expectations are probably too high. i'm used to getting short end of the stick all this 2 1/2 years.

(3rd bold) LMAO

It is still a mediocre studio though, which is why I've always tempered my expectations.

My Mario Kart Wii friend code: 2707-1866-0957

Just wait till the game is released and everything 100% confirmed :)

some screens for Multiplayer:

yeah so... my expectations are not as high as initially. One grip (looking at the screens) is it seems as though most of the enviros are on one ground plane. I was hoping for more level design such as COD WAW Wii. Or even MOHH2. Maybe there is more to it but those screens seem more like "hey look! Particles that glow!".

Single player and controls still have me intrigued. Online modes and such sound interesting but need to see more.

Still gonna buy the game.

1) True. But is that a reason for me to like or dislike a game? I may gain some respect for the developer. But the final result must be appreciated for itself.

2) My expectations were not to high. From the beginning I've been really not hyped by this title. You may been check my other interventions about it. I really hate gaming projects that rely only on effects and poly count, forgetting the most important: art. But I never though they would forget about those graphical promises on the multiplayer. And let's face it: the circular shadows is not the only problem. The movement mechanics are... weird! It seems that characters are floating. And honestly, from the 30 seconds I saw, the only thing better than MoH2:H is poly count. Textures are not better, and everything I said before it's also not superior. But they allow 32 online per room... Once again, I'm not bashing... I really appreciate their devotion and will to do something, but I believe that in the middle of it, they lacked some talent / budget to aquire talent.

3) What did you expect I told you when you tell me to do a game hen I'm simply appreciating others'? I'm their costumer. And you can be sure that you won't listen to any company say to their costumers "you don't like it, do better".
