Your solution is like Apollo 9 being told in flight to land on the moon, remember it took 10 attempts before they could do it successfully.
What you're talking about is a possible PS4, it has nothing to do with the PS3.

I love threads like this. Sony just has to keep being Sony. By the way Sony can't win this generation they can only take second place. The Wii has won this generation. And for those that say the Wii is not a this gen console it is just because it's not as powerful as a XBOX 360 or PS3 means nothing it was released this gen.
Sony would never strip Blu-Ray out of the PS3 then no one could by games for it.
