if you need it to get the hidden characters in 98, just hold what ever is start when selecting a character (Fatal Fury team, Kyo, Art of fighting character, orochi team, rugal, mai, I think that is all the alternates)
no way to unlock Geonitz, Chizuru in 96
and no way to unlock Orochi in 97, not even the unibios on an original neo geo can unlock him
